Do we ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not. We only ship within the U.S as of now but hope to expand and be able to cater to other wonderful countries in the near future!

How long does it take to make my custom jewelry?

All jewelry is made as soon as the order is placed. Because we care about providing with the best quality, the standard production order takes about 2 weeks to prepare and process.

How can I customize my jewelry piece?

A personalization box will appear after clicking "ADD TO CART" for every piece that qualifies for customization. The, you can specify the characters of your choosing in detailed. Write out the personalization just as you would like for it to appear on the piece.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless you received the wrong item or is damaged. Any issues must be raised via email within 48 hours of reported delivery.
